A number of storms are set to move across the country this week bringing rain to some areas. Storms in the Southern Plains are expected to shift north today, producing rainfall in the Midwest and Central Plains.
Meanwhile, a tornado watch was in place for over two-million-people in parts of Oklahoma and Texas this morning.
The National Weather Service has issued flood watches for parts of Texas and Oklahoma while one starts in Lousiana this evening. Memphis and Atlanta could see rainfall by the middle of this week, and cities in the northeast like New York City and Boston will most likely get rain towards the end of the week.
In the west, winter weather alerts have been issued in Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico, Wyoming and Utah.
