A McAllen man riding his bike was struck by a vehicle and killed late Wednesday night. Police say 68-year-old Daniel Codina was struck on Business 83 just east of McColl Road and died of his injuries at the scene. The driver of the vehicle that hit Codina stayed on the scene until officers arrived. Police are still investigating.M
