The Brownsville Police Department has arrested a 57-year-old man in connection with a deadly hit-and-run involving a pedestrian. Ninety-two-year-old Luis Noriega died on September 21st after being hit by a car in the 700 block of East Saint Charles Street.
Investigators say Alejandro Torres turned himself in on Tuesday. He’s been charged with a collision involving death and was released on a 50-thousand dollar bond.
