By Federal prosecutors want to encourage whistleblowers to come forward to report criminal misconduct in southern Texas. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has implemented a non-prosecution program for whistleblowers who report certain types of criminal behavior.
The program is mainly aimed at finding fraud, bribery and theft undertaken by principals in public or private companies. More information about reporting criminal activity through the program is available on the U.S. Department of Justice website.
