Four people await sentencing in Kendall County after being convicted of laundering money stolen from an ATM in California. Just over a year ago, state troopers conducting a traffic stop on I-10 found 80 thousand dollars in the car.
The troopers arrested the four people in the car, one of whom was reportedly identified as a Houston gang member. He and another man had reportedly robbed an ATM in Huntington Beach, California. All four people in the car were charged with money laundering and engaging in organized crime.
